  Confirmation of Reservation
  requires advance deposit of 2 days's|

   Deposits are forfeited if guest arrives
   after date specified in confirmation,
   or departs before specified therein.

 
   Refund of deposit will be made only
   if a letter requesting cancellation is
   received at the Inn 15 days prior to
   the arrival date.
   A  $ 20.00 booking / cancellation
   charge will be deducted from all
   deposits refunded.
